MY ART IS......
My art it’s a mixture of various factors, all the things I’ve seen in my life from art to everyday stuff, the people and the places I’ve known, when I’m in front of a blank canvas be it digital or analog or any other form, I always try to let the things flow almost unconsciously, I’ve found out that it works better for me at least in the illustration field to not give it much of a thought before I begin doing a project and at the end I’m more satisfied with the results. My characters are almost always non-humans but I think that they reflect the human part that we don’t even remember we have.
MY INSPIRATION IS........
Everything, sometimes I find inspiration in places, things, people or situations that you normally would not take a second look at but that really have a strong meaning even when it looks like it doesn’t. My goal it’s to capture those moments and feelings in life that by their simple nature are always forgotten, I try to avoid making something that looks to complex even when it is, so the people that sees my art connects with it and perhaps inspires them to stop for a second and take a look around and enjoy those things that are there just waiting for them. I also find inspiration in things that move and evolve and try to never get stuck in a “way” of doing things if it happens to be illustration, or clay, or plush or a wall on the street, or anything I can get my hands on I always try to keep experimenting you’ll never know where something may take you until you try it.
WHO LOVES MY CREATIONS.........The person that hasn't forgot how to be a child.
MY INTERESTS/HOBBIES/FREE TIME....
My principal interest is to keep enjoying my work, never to get bored by it and always keep it evolving.
My hobbies, well I like so much doing what I do so I don’t know if that counts as a hobbie. I don’t watch too much TV, but when I do I like to watch old cartoons and films, I like to read a lot nowadays I don´t have too much time to do that but I’ll always try to find the time to read a good book.
My free time it’s almost none but the little free time I have I like to spend it with my kids and if I’m lucky enough learn something from them.
MY LIKES/DISLIKES..........I like sincerity in any form and dislike any form of pretentiousness.
MY MUSIC...........I like a wide range of music and musicians, I like the music that seems chaotic the first time you hear it, but as you listen again and again you find that it’s nothing close to chaos and closer to harmony.
*I’m secretly work as a flash developer just to keep both sides of my brain working… but shhhhh don’t tell anyone.
